Floris Beijersbergen

Floris is best described as honest, enthusiastic, and fun. His easy-going communication style allows him to engage on a personal level, yet he is not afraid to challenge assumptions or to intervene to assure that goals are met.

He has over 10 years of experience in Intercultural Communication and Theatre, and he holds a Master’s Degree in Culture, Organization, and Management from VU Amsterdam.

You can also wake him up in the middle of the night to go scuba diving.

Thomas Boer

Thomas is a versatile trainer, coach and actor working in a wide variety of sectors and at all layers of organizations. Having a Bachelor’s degree in Theatre he started his career as an actor and director on stage. Soon after however, he started to apply his experience and skills in learning and development programs.

His approach is edge on analytical, always hands on, with a necessary dose of wit.

You can be and old fox or a young lionheart as long as you are an entrepreneurial soul with master observation skills of human interaction and social behaviour. Acting background is not required but excellent presentation skills are!
